The actual act of scanning this thing seems to do quite well. Getting the scanned documents or pictures out of the interface and into your desired folder location….impossible. Kind of makes it all useless. The <support> sends you to the Brother website where you can find answers about your scanner but not the software.
Not Ready For Prime Time!
As it stands, this app is neither fully developed, integrated nor tested by Seller.
I can’t even make this scan a document. It sees the MFC but the scan button is greyed out. Nohelp on the Brother website either, as already mentioned.
The app is really basic and haven’t used it that much but the two times I did, I was able to scan a document from my Brother 495 MFC without any problems. It wasn’t clear where the scan was saved but a quick search found it.
